5. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through our client portal.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. You will be charged the full session fee.

6. Payment Terms

Fees: Service fees are posted on our website and provided during consultation. Fees are subject to change with notice.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Insurance: We may accept certain insurance plans. Clients are responsible for verifying coverage and paying any applicable copays, coinsurance, or deductibles.
